02 Take Hands-on Training

Participate in our hands-on training, which will comprise 22 training tasks during the live session. Throughout the training, our mentor will be with you step by step to ensure that you understand every concept and are able to apply it when you start working.

03 Join Orientation

Once you have completed the hands-on training, our mentor will provide an orientation session to review the rules and guidelines.

During this orientation session, you will be provided with a comprehensive overview of the company's policies and procedures. Our mentor will explain the expectations and standards that are required. By the end of the orientation, you should have a clear understanding of what is expected of you and how to be successful Labeler. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

04 Start Working

Once you have completed the orientation and familiarized yourself with our rules and guidelines, you're ready to commence work on projects.

It's important to remember that communication is key when working on projects. Don't hesitate to reach out to your team members or team manager if you have any questions or concerns. Remember to stay organized and keep track of your progress to ensure a successful outcome. With hard work and dedication, you will be able to complete your projects with excellence.

Requirements

Hello! You are shortlisted to work together with Xfnite Team but take note of the following:

YOU MUST HAVE Internet connection (DSL/Fiber/VPN/HTTP Injector/LTE Pocket Wifi or Modem) UNLIMITED DATA

YOU MUST HAVE Personal computer (PC) or laptop with mouse at home

YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD MORAL CHARACTER AND ATTITUDE!

YOU MUST HAVE Analyzation Skills about Building/House’s Shapes (Square/Rectangle/L-Shaped/Modern)

Minimum System Requirements

Quad Core Intel/AMD Processor & 8Gb RAM
Windows 7 Service Pack 1 2017 / Windows 10 Rs3 / Windows 11
Use Beijing +8 Timezone and synced with correct current Date and Time via time.nist.gov server:

Project Details

WORK HOURS

You are expected to work 2-8 hours a day or at least 10-20 days in one month. Your working hours are flexible but you must meet the quota of 40 hours within a month cycle. In case you may want to work for more than 8 hours a day or more than 20 days a month to get higher pay, is allowed.

RATES

Rates vary with your qualified approved squares/roofs, every 800 squares/roofs is $2 (Building Repair Project), experienced labelers earn up to $3-$6+/hour depending on the speed, quality and output. Please note that payout is given every 4 weeks.

TIME MONITORING

Please note that your number of hours will be monitored by the software that you are using. It will only count your active hours, idle moments shall not be counted.

CHARGES

Xfnite charges Service Fees for each payment the client makes, 4% Management fee, P115.00($2) and 12% Admin fee will be deducted.

REVIEW AND APPROVAL

Your work will be reviewed by Checkers, then your tasks must be approved by Judgers.

How To Label and Earn Money

Training

Once you have passed the initial screening, you shall undergo a 2-day training. The training is divided into Five (5) parts:

TRAINING IS FLEXIBLE, SO YOU CAN START ANYTIME YOU WANT

Phase 1

Pre-course Exam

The first part of the training will be reviewing the guides and taking the Training Course Exam which lasts for 15 minutes only, once you are done with the course, you may now proceed with the Live Training.

Phase 2

Live Training Module

The second part of the training consists of 20+ training tasks that you need to finish within 1-2 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys. your account will be secured from deletion/blocklist after you finish the 22+ training tasks.

Phase 3

Rules and Guidelines

The third part of the training will be reviewing the Rules and Guidelines for preparation of the actual work which lasts for 1-2 hours.

Phase 4

Land Cover Project Training

The fourth part of the training consists of 17+ Land Cover training tasks that you need to finish within 1-2 days, training videos will be provided including answer keys.

Phase 5

Actual Live Labeling with Pay

You will be paid $2 per 800 qualified features, experienced labelers can work 800 qualified features per hour, for trainees, let's say you finished 800 qualified features within 1 hours, you’ll only earn $2

"Rate varies per project, different projects have different rates, current active projects are Building Repair and Land Cover"

Based on the chart below, labelers earn less on their first 100 hours and increase as they invest more time working.

Just need to repair the system generated labels, all labels in the whole task will be credited to you including those you didn't touch.

NOTE:

22+ Initial Training Tasks should be done within 2 weeks. Once you are inactive for 14 days, and yet training is not finished. The system will automatically blocklist you. Time starts once you login using our software, so make sure that the training is done within the allowable time frame. Once you have completed and passed the Training, you may now start working with Xfnite.

Mode of Salary Payment

Below are modes on how to get your salary from Xfnite.

Expected Salary ranges from P1,000 - P30,000 a month depending on invested worktime hours, work quality, and speed.

Minimum Payout: ₱1,500 per cut-off. Unclaimed payouts carry over to the next cut-off.

Cut-off Schedule: 15th and 30th of the month. Posting every 5th and 20th of next month.

Distribution: Every 10th and 25th of each month.

Example: If you start working Oct 1–15, first payout will be listed Nov 5.

Summary

Xfnite deducts service charge, but you don't need to pay any registration fee or activation fee, this is a legit actual job paying since 2017.

Rates vary depending on work hours, speed, performance, or output.

$1-$4+/hour, if you are confident that you are fast learning or a gamer. you can reach $4+/hour rate in no time.

Payment is TWICE A MONTH! Xfnite is advertised as a PART-TIME JOB or for those looking for an extra income, if you are looking for a stable job to cater your daily needs, you might not belong here.
